Training was given for experts who will register the 2015 grade 12th......

Addis Ababa City Administration Education
Office, Directorate of Exam Preparation and Administration, provided training
to the education experts who will register the 2015 12th grade exam students.
Dinaol Chala, director of the Directorate of
Exam Preparation and Administration of the Addis Ababa City Administration
Education Office, said that the registration will be conducted online and the
registrars should register and report the students who have tested according to
the orientation given in the training.
Ato Dinaol added that the registration will be
held for five days starting from Monday, March 25, and explained that the
candidates should trust the registrars and fill in the required information
properly.
At the Addis Ababa Education Bureau, Mr. Mikael
Mesfen Tefathani, an ICT expert, gave an orientation regarding the form
prepared for online registration of students.

The information management team of the Addis Ababa City
Administration Education Bureau gave an orientation on a form designed to
collect annual Education information.
The information management team leader of the office, Ato ASbaha
Abraham, gave the orientation to the district and district information experts
on the basis of the form prepared to fill in the 2015 education information
questionnaire. They noted that it should be filled carefully and sent according
to the time limit.
The deputy head of Addis Ababa City Administration
Education Bureau, Mr. Dagew Gebru, in his message at the program, stated that
quality protected and reliable information is the main tool for the Educational
development to be effective. Mentioning that, Educational leaders at all levels
are required to cooperate appropriately by providing correct information to the
experts who fill in the information.

Preparation and Administration has announced the completion of its preparation for 2015 model examination.
Mr Dinaol Chala the director of Examination
Preparation and Administration explained that this year's model exam will be
given to 6th, 8th and 12th grade students and the exam will be given from March
27 to 29/7/2015.
The director added that the model exam is
prepared according to the types of subjects in which the students will take the
exam. He pointed out that the exam is prepared according to the standard so
that the students can prepare themselves for the main exam.

Questions rose by the House of Representatives regarding the education sector

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Dr.) is today responding to the
questions raised by the council based on the government's six-month report.
Questions rose by the House of Representatives to the
Honorable Prime Minister Dr. Abiy Ahmed regarding the education sector:-
• Although the work done by the government in the past
years to ensure the quality of education has been encouraging, various
obstacles are still observed; among them, the publication of secondary school
textbooks is a federal contribution, but it has not yet arrived.
• Infrastructural provision of electricity and internet, as
well as the lack of capacity building of teachers has become a problem for the
quality of education.
• It is mentioned that Woldia University is damaged due to
the war and is not suitable for educational work; therefore, the question of
what the government intends to solve the problem in the education sector was
asked.
Honorable Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, in his response, we
will expand the university as per the roadmap in the last 4 years. He has been
doing extensive work for three or four years saying that we will expand the
quality and not automate the examination. Attempts are being made to expand KG,
primary, secondary level, and expand school meals as much as possible.
Since it still requires a lot of work to bring the quality
of education, we still have a lot of work to do with better teachers in books and the Internet. They responded that
the beginnings are known and we will continue to strengthen them.

የ2015 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በ6ወር የቢ ኤስ ሲ አፈጻጸም ምዘና የላቀ ውጤት ላስመዘገቡ ተቋማት እውቅና

የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ በ2015ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በ6ወር የቢ ኤስ ሲ አፈጻጸም ምዘና የላቀ ውጤት ላስመዘገቡ ተቋማት እውቅና ሰጠ።
እውቅናው ለትምህርት ቤቶች፣ወረዳና ክፍለ ከተማ ትምህርት ጽህፈት ቤቶን ጨምሮ በቢሮ ለሚገ ኙ ስራ ክፍሎች እና በአጋርነት ለሚሰሩ ባለድርሻ አካላት የተሰጠ ሲሆን በመርሀ ግብሩ በየደረጃው የሚገኙ የትምህርት አመራሮች፣መምህራን ፣ርዕሳነ መምህራን እንዲሁም የመምህራን እና የተማሪ ወላጅ ማህበር ተወካዮች ተገኝተዋል።
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ኃላፊ ዶክተር ዘላለም ሙላቱ በእውቅና መርሀ ግብሩ ባስተላለፉት መልዕክት የምዘና ስርአቱ ሳይንሳዊ እና ፍትሀዊ ሆኖ እንዲጠናቀቅ አስተዋጽኦ ላበረከቱ አካላት ምስጋና አቅርበው የ2015 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን በከተማ አስተዳደሩ አዲሱ ስርአተ ትምህርት ተግባራዊ የተደረገበት መሆኑ የዘንድሮውን ምዘና ለየት እንደሚያደርገው በመግለጽ በቀጣይ 6 ወራት ውጤታማ ሆነው የተሸለሙ ተቋማት ለሌሎች ተሞክሯቸውን የሚያካፍሉበት እና በአፈጻጸማቸው ዝቅተኛ የሆኑት ደግሞ ለተሻለ ውጤት የሚተጉበት ሊሆን እንደሚገባ አስገንዝበዋል።
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ ጽህፈት ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ ሲሳይ እንዳለ በበኩላቸው ምዘናው የቢ ኤስ ሲ እቅድ አፈጻጸምን መሰረት አድርጎ መካሄዱን ጠቁመው ምዘናውም በዋናነት በተቋማቱ መካከል የውድድር መንፈስ በመፍጠር ተቀራራቢ አፈጻጸም እንዲኖራቸው ታስቦ የሚካሄድ መሆኑን አስረድተዋል።
የ2015ዓ.ም የ6ወር የቢ ኤስ ሲ አፈጻጸም ምዘና ሂደቱ ውጤታማ እንዲሆን የምዘና መስፈርት ከማዘጋጀት ጀምሮ ለመዛኞች ኦረንቴሽን ተሰጥቶ ወደ ምዘና መገባቱን የትምህርት ቢሮ የእቅድና በጀት ክትትል ግምገማ ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ጌታሁን ለማ የምዘና ሂደቱን በተመለከተ ባቀረቡት ሪፖርት ገልጸው ከቢሮ እስከ ትምህርት ቤት በተካሄደው ምዘና 469 ተቋማት በ590 መዛ ኞች ተመዝነው ለዛሬው የእውቅና መርሀ ግብር መብቃታቸውን አስታውቀዋል።
በምዘናው ከአንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች 1ኛ አጼ ቴውድሮስ ከቂርቆስ ክፍለ ከተማ 2 ኛ ረጲ ከኮልፌ ክፍለ ከተማ እንዲሁም 3ኛ ልቤፋና ትምህርት ቤት ከቂርቆስ ክፍለከተማ በመሆን እውቅና ሲሰጣቸው ከ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች በቢ ኤስ ሲ እና በ12ኛ ክፍል ውጤት 1ኛ አዲስ ከተማ 2ኛ በሻሌ እንዲሁም ቦሌ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት 3ኛ በመውጣት እውቅና የተሰጣቸው ሲሆን በቢኤስ ሲ አፈጻጸም ብቻ ደግሞ 1ኛ በላይ ዘለቀ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት 2ኛ በሪ 2ኛ ደረጃ እንዲሁም ቤተልሔም 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት 3ኛ በመሆን ተሸልመዋል።

በአፋን ኦሮሞ ስርዓተ ትምህርት የትምህርት ብርሀን ምዘና አተገባበር ዙሪያ ውይይት ተካሄደ፡፡
የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ የአፋን ኦሮሞ ስርዓተ ትምህርት ዝግጅት ትግበራ እና አጠቃላይ ሱፐር ቪዝን ዳይሬክቶሬት በ2015 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ብርሀን ምዘና አተገባበር ዙሪያ ከክፍለከተማና ወረዳ የአፋን ኦሮሞ የጎልማሶች ስርዓተ ትምህርት ትግበራ ባለሙያዎች ጋር ውይይት አካሄደ፡፡
የትምህርት ብርሀን ምዘናው በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በ2013 እና በ2014ዓ.ም በአፋን ኦሮሞ ቋንቋ ለሁለት ዙር ተካሂዶ ከ2,000 በላይ ጎልማሶችና ወጣቶች 50% እና ከዚያ በላይ አምጥተው የእውቅና የምስክር ወረቀት መውሰዳቸውን የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ የአፋን ኦሮሞ ስርአተ ትምህርት ዝግጅት ትግበራ እና አጠቃላይ ሱፐር ቪዝን ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር አቶ ሮቢ ዋሚ አስታውቀዋል፡፡
ዳይሬክተሩ አክለውም የዘንድሮው የትምህርት ብርሀን ምዘና ከመጋቢት 11/2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እስከ መጋቢት 30/2015 ዓ.ም ድረስ በሁሉም የጎልማሶች ትምህርት መስጫ ጣቢያዎች እንደሚሰጥ ጠቁመው በዚህ አመት ከዚህ በፊት ከነበረው የተሻለ ቁጥር ያላቸው ጎልማሶችና ወጣቶችን በአፋን ኦሮሞ ቋንቋ በመመዘን ደረጃውን የጠበቀ የእውቅና የምስክር ወረቀት ለመስጠት አስፈላጊው የቅድመ ዝግጅት ስራ መሰራቱን አስገንዝበዋል፡፡
በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ትምህርት ቢሮ የአፋን ኦሮሞ ስርአተ ትምህርት የጎልማሶች ትምህርት ባለሙያው አቶ ጌታቸው በላይነህ በበኩላቸው የትምህርት ብርሀን ምዘናው የማንበብ መጻፍና ማስላት ክህሎቶችን መሰረት አድርጎ እንደሚሰጥ እና 50% እና ከዚያ በላይ የሚያስመዘግቡ ተመዛኞች በመደበኛው ትምህርት 2ኛ ክፍል ካጠናቀቁ ተማሪዎች ጋር አቻ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ የምስክር ወረቀት እንደሚሰጣቸው አስታውቀዋል፡፡
ምዘና ወስደው የሚፈለገውን ማለፊያ ውጤት የሚያስመዘግቡ ተመዛኞች በመደበኛ ትምህርት 3ኛ ክፍል ገብተው መማር የሚችሉበት እድል ከመመቻቸቱ ባሻገር የተለያዩ የክህሎት ማሳደጊያ ስልጠናዎችን እንደሚወስዱ ገልጸው በምዘናው ከ50% በታች የሚያስመዘግቡ ጎልማሶችና ወጣቶች በድጋሜ ምዘናውን የሚወስዱበት መንገድ መመቻቸቱንም አስረድተዋል፡፡
